MEET LISA GLASER

Lisa Glaser started her insurance career in 1998 where she has been taking care of her Medicare clients, helping them to navigate through the Social Security/Medicare field. She also has dedicated herself to keeping track of all the new challenges with CMS legislation as well as keeping our offices advised with all the new technology that is available to us and our clients. Lisa has been married to her business partner, Kenneth for over 20 years and together they have raised 5 children, 2 of which are still in high school. She loves to cook and make meals for others, loves gardening and volunteering for her Church.
MEET KENNETH GLASER

Kenneth Glaser started his career in 1987. He was born in South Amherst, Ohio. He quickly became a top producing agent, helping thousands of clients in his almost 4 decades of service to the industry. Kenneth's main focus is with wealth transfers, income replacement and legacy planning. Kenneth is the father of 5 amazing children, and he feels blessed to be wired to serve people and help the world become a better place. Kenneth is married to his business partner, Lisa Glaser and he is very thankful for their ability to serve and help our clients in so many ways.

His real world is with his amazing fiancé, Brittany, and their two little tornadoes, Juliet and Lincoln. Life's a beautiful, messy adventure right now, filled with toddler tantrums, bedtime stories, and a whole lot of laughter. It keeps him grounded, and he says it reminds him that at the end of the day, people and relationships are what really matter.

MEET STEPHEN DAIDONE

Stephen Daidone has recently joined Glaser Retirement Strategies and will be heading up our Florida satellite office. He has been working in the insurance industry for over four years. Steve likes helping his clients balance their options and their needs in this vast world of health and life insurance. Steve has lived in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and California but was raised in Ohio with his three sisters and one brother. Steve loves walking on the beach and enjoying the ocean and watching the pelicans. He recently began his own health journey by eating healthier and loves to share the benefits of this journey with others.
MEET LEAH PURSLEY
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:
Leah joined the GRS team in October of 2024 as a temporary assitant to help out with administrative and organizational tasks through the Annual Enrollment Period. In that time, she developed an affinity not only for our business and her role, but for helping our amazing clients. As a result, she was thrilled to accept a staff position in January of 2025. Her background in leadership and management, as well as her attention to detail and ability to implement processes, has made her a great addition to our team. She also recently became a Notary Public as another way to better serve our clients. When she isn’t in the office, she enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with her husband and 3 awesome kids!

Athena and Cassie love being part of our office staff. They work hard all day long, napping is very serious business to them. They enjoy meeting our clients and making new friends. Some of our clients even bring in treats for them. You are welcome to stop by and say hello to them at any time.
