With more than 25 years of experience, owner and licensed agent Lisa Glaser has helped individuals and families navigate important retirement milestones, including Medicare and Social Security, as well as strategies for protecting and distributing IRA and 401(k) assets.

Meet The Team
Owner | Medicare & Retirement Specialist
Lisa Glaser began her insurance career in 1998 and has spent more than two decades helping clients confidently navigate Medicare and Social Security decisions. She is passionate about staying current with CMS regulations and emerging technology to ensure clients receive accurate guidance and exceptional service.
Outside the office, Lisa enjoys spending time with her beautiful family, cooking for others, tending her garden, and serving in her church community.
Financial Planning & Life Insurance Advisor
Aidan Pursley joined Glaser Retirement Strategies in July 2025 with a focus on life insurance and financial planning. A graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, he brings both fresh perspective and analytical thinking to the team.
Aidan enjoys approaching each client’s situation like a puzzle — carefully putting the pieces together to create a clear and confident financial picture. He is passionate about helping individuals prepare for the future by identifying potential challenges early and implementing proactive solutions.
Outside of the office, Aidan enjoys staying active, whether in the pool, playing sports, or enjoying strategy games with friends. He also values time spent with his fiancé, whether playing pickleball, watching movies, or attending church together.
Operations & Administrative Coordinator
Leah Pursley joined Glaser Retirement Strategies in October 2024 during the Annual Enrollment Period to assist with administrative and organizational support. What began as a temporary role quickly became a long-term fit, as she developed a strong appreciation for both the work and the clients we serve. She officially joined the team as a permanent staff member in January 2025.
With a background in leadership and management, Leah brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a natural ability to implement efficient processes. She also recently became a Notary Public, further enhancing the level of service and convenience offered to our clients.
Outside of the office, Leah enjoys reading, writing, and spending meaningful time with her family.
